Fox Hunt – canceled

The previously scheduled LVARC Fox Hunt (Tuesday July 16 at the Whitehall Parkway) has been canceled due to the extreme heat.
The current forecast is for the afternoon temps to be 98 with a real feel of around 110. It would be absolutely irresponsible to hold an event outside.
If you had planned on participating in the Fox Hunt, please join us on 146.94 (-) T:71.9 at 8pm for a special Mr. Freeze version of the Tesla Net. Come ready with stories about the coldest you’ve ever been, the snowiest weather you have ever encountered, and general tales of life in the single digits. It’s one way to beat the heat and still enjoy some ham radio fellowship. This net is open to all members and non-members alike.
The Fox Hunt will be rescheduled for late-July / early-August.

As put out in the July Meeting, we will be having a Fox Hunt on Tuesday, July 16th at 7pm. We will be meeting at the Whitehall Parkway Parking lot located on South Church St. (Talk-in on 94)
