General Membership Meeting
December 3 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Hybrid meeting, both in Person and Zoom, will be held simultaneously. Your choice. All members will be emailed a Zoom invite prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be in person, with a video broadcast component (zoom).
● The webcast will be for meeting participation only.
● The webcast will be two way with feedback via chat or video on the cast
● Attendance of members viewing the cast will be taken via email & codeword
The December 2024 meeting will feature voting for the Board of Governors
All voting will be either:
● In Person via Paper Ballot submitted in person at the meeting
or
● Via USPS Mail with your choices noted
● NOTE: There will NOT be voting via the zoom portion of the meeting, you must
either attend the meeting in person, or mail in the ballot. Details below.
Mail In Ballots (USPS) must be received at the below address by Monday December 2nd, 2024
to be counted in the official tally
